Being transparent
I was looking over my blog, wondering why I left the Anberlin post up for so long when I decided to visit Stephen Christian's blog. I looked at his first posts and then I just clicked a link somewhere down the line to take me to his older posts. The first post that came up was so profound, it really spoke to me because I went through some of what he talked about not too long ago (and even still today). The full text is here, but here is a little snippet of what he talks about:
"like anyone with a problem, the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem, well here's my admission. and though i am going to regret posting this at all maybe it will help someone admit something they are dealing with or help someone realize that they don't have to get attention from the opposite sex to feel validated. its so very pointless and shallow. be who you are."
Another thing I like about that post is that it explains how one of my favorite songs was conceived.
Maybe one day Anberlin will do a concert at HPC... I can always dream right?
Also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Check this out. Anberlin made a music video for their newest single, An Unwinding Cable Car. Its really powerful, you need to check it out here.

So, I finally find a faithful blogger.lol I really enjoyed your post and I think that desire is the same with both genders. Everyone wants to feel loved by someone. I love how he says that it's stupid to think you have to have it. I really enjoyed reading your blog and the music video was cool. See you on Sunday!
